All Apex Marine Charters VI experiences are 100% private. You will never share the vessel with other guests. From departure to return, the entire boat is reserved exclusively for you and your group.

Absolutely. Every Apex Marine charter is fully customizable, whether you prefer island hopping, snorkeling, relaxed cruising, or celebrating a special occasion.

Each private charter includes up to six (6) guests as part of the base experience. Additional guests are welcome at $50 per guest, with a maximum of twelve (12) guests total. Guest numbers are thoughtfully managed to ensure comfort, safety, and an elevated onboard experience aboard our Nor-Tech 390 Sport.

Apex Marine Charters VI welcomes guests of all ages. Our private charter format allows each experience to be thoughtfully tailored to the comfort and needs of your group. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and safety is always our top priority aboard our Nor-Tech 390 Sport.

At Apex Marine Charters VI, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while protecting the integrity of our operations and crew scheduling.

• 48+ hours prior to departure: Full refund issued minus FareHarbor processing fees
• 24–48 hours prior to departure: A 50% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure / No-Shows: 100% of the charter fee is non-refundable
• Weather & Safety Cancellations: If Apex Marine Charters VI determines that conditions are unsafe due to weather or mechanical issues, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no penalty

We encourage guests to review these terms carefully prior to confirming their reservation.

We recommend bringing the following to ensure a relaxed and seamless experience:

• Swimwear and towels
• Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
• Any personal beverages or preferred items
• A valid passport for all guests traveling to the British Virgin Islands (BVI)

For BVI charters, passports are required for international clearance. Your captain will handle the process, allowing you to enjoy the journey with ease.

Smoking is not permitted onboard in order to maintain a clean, comfortable, and refined environment for all guests. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and vaping.

Standard boarding for Apex Marine Charters VI takes place at Fish Hawk Marina.

For added convenience, pickups may also be arranged at National Park St. John, depending on itinerary and conditions. Final boarding details will be confirmed prior to your charter to ensure a smooth and effortless arrival.

Safety is a priority on every charter. The vessel is professionally maintained, operated by a licensed captain, and equipped with commercial-grade safety and navigation equipment. A safety briefing is provided before departure.
